This year could not be that much good as we thought in tourism sector due to many reason such as financial crisis in the Europe,  and other part of the world, this is not the major reason we got the less tourist. Second thing is that effecting to our tourism industry is very expensive air ticket coming to Nepal, it is quiet hard to afford for middle class family which is why they are traveling to different destination such as Thailand, Malaysia and many other part of the world, however, they would like to visit and have holiday in Nepal from inner heart.Even though, that was not a major part covering to get the less tourist.

Further more, there is another thing which is bad flood in Nepal's tarai zone and India's major part such as Kedarnath, Badrinath and other parts too. Yes one way,this is quiet good for Nepalese tourism industry because Muktinath is the only one Nath has been left out of four which is very famous among the Hindu. There is another thing which may can diabolic is election, lets hope cross your finger it will finish peacefully and there will be proper government with better leader not the corrupted one, everything is in our hand what and who we are going to chose for. Be sure who you are voting for, is he/she helping to your society and to your nation???. Don't be fool again, all of we know what has been to our Nation because of our bad leader.

Well, there is final matter which is why tourist are getting less and less day by day, that is our service we are providing to guest. Lets keep in your mind, you have to be able to fetch tourist in volume in large volume then you can fill your pouch and make the nation rich. So it is the service we are having lack of reason of tourist are coming less. Stress of modern life !!

In this modern era, stress and stress related illnesses seem to be unavoidable consequence of the life most of us now lead. There are.of course,many forces at play here. The main contribution factor is the growing of complexity, that is compounded by the undoubted speed of change that pervades all aspects of our lives. Not very long time people were guaranteed a job for life, but this is now no longer the case exist. In fact, people may be obliged to change career more than once in their lives. The root causes here is the pace at which technology is developing. Moreover, the use of computer now means which we have to work faster and  are at the same time expected to be more accurate. The speed of development also means that we are constantly living in a state of change, having to update more and more frequently.

There are more factor which is population growth, which puts more pressure on our immediate environment. Simple example is, the roads and public transport are becoming more crowded and there are ever longer queues for hospital and other government related official work. as resources become more scare, they also become more expensive, which adds to the pressure.The easy availability of goods puts enormous pressure on everyone, more especially families with children. Of course, the media only serves to compound that problem with the constant barrage of advertising directed at the public.

However there are many factors behind the stress in our life, and they are continuing to grow, and now there are several courses has been opened for everyone regarding reducing the stress. The most important of these is knowledge and education, health services could, for example; embark upon a massive stress-awareness campaign to make individuals and families aware of some of the contribution factors. This would increase people's threshold of coping with and managing stress. Employers could also be involved by running relaxation classes and making work less stressful for their employees, and themselves.

The problem is there and is growing., but salutations are available and as in all previous situations, human beings have the capacity to adapt and survive. 

Behaviour breeds behaviour

People keep clean places clean and they treat dirty once with disrespect. Its a fact! you can have a look at examples outside!! By keeping your area nice you will find your good attitude is infectious and other will follow your example.

Since so long time Kathmandu city is shrinking in the dust and rubbish. Roads, footpaths and Rivers need to be cleaned. Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal where nearly 5-6 millions people are leaving. It just looks like a city, the fact is its a jungle of house and all we are pigs who  does not care place where we live. It is really shame for us, when tourists visit Kathmandu city Because it is known as a Temple city and clean city, but when they see mount Everest of rubbish and wastage, when they smell everywhere such a bad smell " you never get a second chance to make first impression." What do you think, they will visit again??. this is why tourism of Nepal is decreasing.

We  just need to think tourism is our a pot to cook a rice, if you broke the pot then, you surely will die one day starving. we all have already been infected by bad attitude, however we can be changed, we can be treated with good, so please before it is to late start to keep clean our our road, rivers and footpath and our temples.

Who is the responsible????????????????????????

Nepalese tourism industry covering 3.6 % of the total employment of Nepal which is very much low. All we know tourism sector is the largest industry and major part for national income. Nepal government has invested 12.5 billions in 2012 in tourism industry which is 4.1% of the total investment, however, it is nominal to promote the tourism. There has been a question raised " where all those investment has gone????" there is no better feedback. It means we have not done properly which we had to do. As per the record more the 3 million people would like to visit Nepal every year and we are not being able 5 Lakhs to make them visit Nepal.

Nearly 3.3 million people are working abroad which are 22-44 aged group and we can not find the exact data how many people has gone abroad as student, even though, about 1.0 million people are in abroad study even we have better education here, everybody has to know this is great loss for our country, even-though we could create sufficient opportunity  in Nepal promoting tourism and mobilize those people. This trend is increasing by 15% per year. Government is very happy to receive foreign remittance, but we have not noticed that we can make 10 times more amount then we receive from abroad if we work hard in Nepal as much as we do in foreign country.

This is us who are making our country filthy and empty. It is being hard to find the skilled manpower which is why every business going down or shutting down. I will give you an example; every one of us has seen how does it looks like the heart of Kathmandu or heart of tourist, all road has been humppy-dumppy with unbearable potholes trying dodge, when rain start it looks like city of lakes. Now lets think, If we means all people who has business in Thamel collect a thousand each shop or organization and built the road and necessary things, it could be one of the most hilarious and live city for tourist but we give a shit about this, this is not my work, this is government's job but we never understand that we are the government and this is our responsibility.

Now this is the question what is our responsibilities??.  how we are going to stop people going abroad for work?. All of us who are going abroad why don we think before we leave, we have enough resource to earn enough to have better life in Nepal, all our skill and time we are spending abroad if we could do same here in our country, it could be heaven soon. The trend has been created that our parents feel proud that their son or daughter  are abroad for study or work. This is the country where we born where we have learnt everything, so why this much unfaithful to this country???.

We all young generation has to know wherever we go we have to introduce by our nation as a Nepalese, but we try to conceal who we are and where we are from.  Think once all we are cheating to our country.

There has been nothing left that we can feel proud on. I always think when are we going to wake up? how long are we going to sleep more??. It has been late but i always hope that there will be no too late so we don't have to retrace what we have done.

I feel so sorry for all your generation because our fathers and mothers could not change themselves, however they were far better then us but we young generation paling all the problems for our future generation, and who can not adore these things those are disappearing day by day??. If this ratio grows bigger and bigger there will be no one take us to Pasupati after our death.  Why this thing is happening?  no body thinks about it. I have seen many parents that they feel pleasure to their son or daughter are living abroad, they never think how is our nation suffering from. There is another thing, we all blame to government, saying "government did this and that government did not do this and that" but we never understand that government was built by us, so if we all people start to think and act right way it does not that much long to make our nation better.

Now a days tourism industry is being poor and poor because of us. Tourism is one of the major national income source, tourism industry is the only one sector that can reduce vast unemployment. we all have to wake up and act what we actually have to do. Tourism industry is being harmed by political everybody says but we never think every single person is part of we, nobody wants protest nobody wants political rally. Just imagine you are on holiday for week and the place where you are suffering from protest, Banda  etc and your holiday has been ruined, lets think what you thing at that condition and from next you do not want to that place, exactly that is what happening to our tourism industry. beside that so much corruption in every government office why this things are happening because a single person who is engage in protest same person in politic and same person in that office where we usually visit day to day.

All of you know that all this things happening in Nepal is unnecessary and unwanted,however, you are being part of this, so why you every one do not think this is harmful to my family, my society and my nation. Now this is the time to think before it gets too late where you will have no place start where our future generation will be suffering from our today's work.

Impact of Tourism on the Environment & Help to protect.

In the developing country such as Nepal, However, it can be hard to regulate effectively reason of the lack of resource and the need of jobs which can create over-exploitation of the environment.

Tourism has so many benefit including job creation and its impact on the economy of the country. Because tourism has these benefit, it is some time hard to see the potential problems that tourism can create for the environment. Like;

• Development without proper planing.
• Damage to Natural resources such as coral reefs, forest, mines, and wildlife.
• Untreated sewage disposal.
• Ineffective disposal of waste and rubbish.
• Social impact like, drugs, exploitation, prostitution robbery murder, and so on.

What can we do??
Whether we work in an office (Travel Agencies), a hotel, other governmental offices or  as a guide there are things that you can do to reduce the risk on the environment. This applies as much at home as it does at work.

• Save energy by switching off unnecessary appliances, like air-condition, invert-or. Energy is a scare resource and should be conserved. 
• Save water; water is being scarce resource in Kathmandu. Try to Save it.
• Detergents and chemicals pollute rivers and water supplies. Use them sparingly and take care where you dispose of them.
• Dispose rubbish in the proper containers. Rubbish and waste just dumped is not only an eyesore but can attract pests and vermin and cause disease. It also poses a threat to wildlife and vegetation.
• If we work in an office, try not to waste papers. The more paper you use the more trees need to be cut down to make more.
• When we are talking to or working with tourist, stress the importance of conservation of your environment for their enjoyment and the enjoyment of others. For example; discourage them from buying coral, raktachandan, or goods made from endangered species.
• If we have any idea that will reduce wastage of scarce resources or help to protect our environment.

Now a days lots of people visit and travel different countries, Our government and by ourselves  we have to make tourist aware about environment and scarce resources. I should be protected for us and our future generation.

(Nepal Has tourism attraction more then any other countries, Our government can't see that our unemployed generation are despairing day by day, if government could make such policy to grow the tourism industrious and utilize the skilled unemployed young generation. All the travel agencies  and tourism related organization or companies have to work being honest and provide better service if they would like to sustain more. tourism can decrease our unemployment and financial crisis)

Safety and Health at Work.

Every employees have the right to work in healthy and safe environment but it will only stay which way if every one look after the place where they spend a huge  part of their lives. When you admit the team, you also should to be careful of your own safety and health and that of others, including your sub-worker and guests or clients.

Use your eyes, can you visualize slippery flooring, lose handrails, trailing electrical wires, bare wires, or filing cabinets in danger of collapse or some one ordering to run un- repaired machinery equipment? what you have to do is you should report the matters to your supervisor or boss. Sometime you may be able to make simple repairs yourself but under no circumstances should you tamper with equipment you may not have fully knowledge or do not try to attempt repairs while direct connected to a power oversupply.

Further more, your office rest-room must be neat and clean, and there has to be soap, water and hand towel for washing your hands thoroughly. If any employees bring meal into the office, or you offer refreshment to our guest or clients, company has to have working fridge, distinguished dish washing place properly. Beside that there has to be proper disposal place for waste food and wrappers.

Company must have separate smoking area or room, no one should smoke at desks visited by guest or clients. Office has to have a first aid kit, and some one trained to use it. Company has to place the fire extinguisher in major part of the office, and more than one ways out of the office  in the event of fire.

Specially large companies they have put a or two person to deposit and withdraw cash, now the questing is who takes or brings the cash to or from the bank?, it should not be same person everyday. The same route should not be used, nor should you go at the same time every day. You should be very very careful that some unwanted person may be watching your way of working or schedule which can cause a big problem and even more you can be harmed. Never go alone.

All the employees have to know about what is company policy in the event of a robbery, fire, accident and so on. Company should have an agreed policy for safety of the employee.

What we need to know while we are into it.

Most of the people will never notice that what they are doing. It is a big mistake while you are entering into business. People lose their everything because of miss management and getting into unknown sector. Why just we think, Learn about the chosen business such as how does is work, what is potentiality, what is social effect,  what is a procedure, how much it is going to cost and what can be the policies that can attract the people to go along with you?????.

Nowadays, People invest seeing other, " if he can do that why i can't do?" without knowledge.  This kind of case effecting to tourism business so badly. People open the travel agencies without gaining any knowledge that is what destroying our tourism industry. There has to be such a kind of rule or terms by government where travel agencies can work fairly and provide best service. There has to be some restriction to open the Travel company which can make people aware.

I would like to suggest all who are willing to open the travel agency, please be a knowledgeable about tourism. There was a saying by warren buffett , we need to think and be aware about three things while we are investing on something "
1) it's just not about investing; you have to build framework what are you investing on.
2) Use your platform; its is better to invest on what you have knowledge about.
3) Know how valuable your time is; never west your time where you never been before or where you don't have knowledge about.

Bad service destroy the Tourism industry

Nepal has very long history in Tourism industry since 1950s. Tourism business is the major part of national income as well as social growth. It has been nearly 64 years, even-though we are not being able to progress how it has to be grown. Nepal has 8 highest mountain out of 10 in the world which is why Nepal has become most hot spot for mountaineers, climbers and people who are willing to have adventure. Beside that Nepal is well famous as a Hinduism country  where god of god "Mahadev" used to live, and a place for Buddhist where Buddha was born in lumbini.
According to tourism surveyor, Mainly tourist attraction activities are adventure activities like Mountain climbing, Rock climbing, Mountain bilking, Para gliding, trekking, Rafting, Kayaking, Jungle safari, Bird watching and so on. Lots of people would like to visit Nepal, if we count not in thousands,it can be in millions. However, we are losing people's faith who wants to visit Nepal day by day, our tourism business decreasing.  there is no point to blame to any one everything is happening because of us. People come to us so we can serve them, so them our culture and adventure but most of the people who are engaged in travel business they have no idea what is the meaning of service, we just think of money we never understand best services can bring more economical growth then any other things. Another factor is our unstable politic is making more difficult for tourist to travel in Nepal.
I never understand why we all people are so dumb not to able to react against bad things. Tourism industry could adore all unemployed young generations who are trying to disappear and who have been disappeared.  who ever we are here in this sector, all we are trying to destroy each others business. we should be competing to provide the best service because people come here for holiday that can bring vast change in tourism industry. So all travel agencies and trekking agencies has to understand that if they would like to sustain more they have to change themselves and provide best service not the cheap one.
